An invitation was sent to the President inviting the Club to join the greening and cleaning launch of Pallisa town by a community led group - the Pallisa Metropolitan. RC Lubowa contributed 700 fruit trees and also had a representation at the Launch. the trees were planted on all roads in Pallisa and members participated in the cleaning especially around the market areas.

This was an invitation by the Pallisa Metropolitan establishment, requesting for trees and participation in the one-day project.

Project Impact: How the project will help the community after the project ends

The community learnt the importance of keeping their environment clean and green. This will improve their environment , help them in curbing preventable diseases and also there is an impact on mindset change when the community participates in the activity.
